Who We Are Looking For
 
IAP2 Canada is seeking a creative, strategic, and digitally savvy Marketing & Communications Specialist to lead brand awareness, member engagement, and digital content strategy.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about storytelling, social media, and digital marketing, with an ability to craft compelling content that highlights IAP2 Canada’s training programs, events, and thought leadership. Location: Remote (Canada)
 
Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Digital Strategy
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and execute a content calendar for LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and email campaigns.
  • Create engaging social media and digital content, blog posts, newsletters, and video snippets that amplify IAP2 Canada’s mission and goals.
  • Work closely with the IAP2 team to maintain the organization’s website, updating content and improving the user experience while maintaining accessibility, SEO, and brand standards.
Brand Awareness & Community Engagement
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote training programs, membership, and events.
  • Build the digital audience and execute day-to-day social media strategies, increasing engagement and increasing awareness of IAP2 through digital channels.
  • Support brand consistency across all platforms, ensuring clear messaging and tone.
  • Engage with members, partners, and industry influencers to boost visibility and interaction.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
  • Design email marketing campaigns to increase membership retention and event registrations.
  • Analyze marketing metrics and social media engagement to optimize performance.
  • Manage Google Analytics and SEO strategies to enhance reach.
  • Provide regular reports on digital performance and insights to inform future strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years in marketing, digital communications, or social media management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong copywriting, multimedia content creation, and brand storytelling skills.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, and WordPress.
  • Ability to manage paid social media ads and analytics tools.
  • Experience in nonprofit or membership-based organizations is an asset.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience,locationand qualifications for therole. 
  • 2025 annual salary range is $70,000 - $90,000 CAD
  • Comprehensive Health & Benefit plan.
